Dispatch

Orders received before noon on Monday and Tuesday are roasted and dispatched that week. Orders received later are dispatched the following week. We always send coffee within 48 hours of roasting.

Returns

If something is wrong with your coffee, write to us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it. Opened bags of coffee cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
