Coffee, roasted slowly and in small batches.
We roast on a 12 kg drum in a converted mill building, twice a week, and ship within 48 hours so your beans are never older than they need to be.

Why small batches
A small drum lets us follow each coffee's curve closely: gentle heat at the start, a clean development phase, and a cooling cycle that stops the roast where we want it. It is slower, but the cup is clearer and the sweetness lasts.
Direct, traceable sourcing
Every bag lists the farm or cooperative, the altitude, the process and the harvest. We pay above the commodity price and buy the same lots year after year where we can.
